Online Returns

In the event you need to return an item follow these steps:

1. Call or email for an RA#.
2. Write that RA# on the outside of the package.
3. Ship back to address on receipt.

PACKAGES WITHOUT RA#'S ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. PLEASE READ OUR RETURN POLICIES ON ALL ITEMS.

Regular priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund or store credit. The RA# must be requested
within 14 days of receipt.  Shipping fees are not refundable.

Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchange only.
The RA# must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the package.

Clearance and hygiene items are final sales and can not be returned.

All returns must be received back to the store within 7 days of  the RA issuance. Packages without RA# clearly marked on the outside of the package will not be accepted.  DO NOT SEND PACKAGES BACK WITHOUT AN RA#.

Items must be unworn, and tags must be attached for return. The tags must absolutely be on the item when it is returned. Items without the tag attached in the original spot will not be accepted or will be sent back at your cost.

Bras, panties, hosiery, bra discs, bella bands, skincare and clearance items (clearance items will be marked) are final.

If free shipping was offered and items are returned, shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Regular priced items will receive free shipping on the first exchange. Sale items will incur a shipping charge for exchange shipping.  Shipping costs of the return are the responsibility of the buyer.

New Maternity Swimwear Return Policy
Regular priced unworn swimsuits with sanitary strip in place and tags attached may be returned within 7 days of receipt for refund or exchange. This will be strictly enforced.  Sales of swimwear that have been reduced are final.

Returns should be sent back via USPS with insurance and confirmation or through FEDEX or UPS.   This will ensure proper delivery of the package.  We are not responsible for safe return of the item.

Items returned without an RA number will be refused. The sale is considered final 21 days after receipt of the item(s).
